Job Opportunity:
* A permanent part-time sales assistant/nursery hand role with loader operator experience is available at our Maryborough, VIC location.
* Working hours: 17.5-20 hours per week (subject to candidate's availability), with potential for full-time transition.
* Flexible scheduling: 3 days a week (Friday-Sunday) with additional hours and public holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales loader operations
* Yard duties as required
* Providing exceptional customer service and horticultural advice
* Maintaining high standards of nursery products presentation
* Delivery of garden & landscape products
* Daily site operations, including opening/closing, banking, and cash reconciliation
* Collaborating with the site manager and performing additional duties as needed
* Complying with ASQ's workplace health, safety, and environment management system
