**Customer Service Manager**

**Successful applicant must have**:
- Experience in supervision, operational management and customer service in the cleaning industry will be an advantage.
- Time management skills - be highly motivated and organised to meet deadlines
- Effective written and communications skills
- Minimum relevant diploma qualifications and proven experience in a similar role
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To supervise/manage cleaning teams at various locations to always ensure quality standards.
- To visit clients and to carry out Quality inspections.
- To implement company policies and procedures at all assigned contracts.
- To be able to work within budgets and to be able to enhance company return on investments.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
