The Opportunity
An established and highly regarded architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect / Project Lead to join its Sydney studio. With a strong pipeline of large-scale residential and mixed‐use developments, this is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from design development through to construction delivery. The practice works across a range of sectors including residential, healthcare, hospitality and commercial projects, with a particularly strong presence in multi‐residential developments throughout NSW.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of multi‐residential projects through all project phases
* Manage project teams and coordinate consultants
* Oversee design development, documentation and construction administration
* Liaise directly with clients, contractors and key stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to a high design standard
* Mentor and support junior architects and graduates
* Drive project coordination and documentation within Revit
Qualifications
* Degree qualification in Architecture
* Registered Architect preferred, but not essential
* 7+ years of architectural experience
* Demonstrated experience delivering multi‐residential projects in Australia
* Strong Revit proficiency and BIM coordination experience
* Excellent technical documentation skills
* Experience managing consultants and project stakeholdersStrong knowledge of Australian construction methodologies, NCC and relevant standards
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
