Job Description
The primary role of a Lecturer is to provide high-quality educational services, encompassing training, assessment, and guidance to students. They must adhere to relevant training package objectives.
Lecturers may also engage in consultancy services with industry or community clients.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Fabrication and Welding, with current, hands-on industry involvement
* Trade qualifications to a minimum of Certificate III
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or TAE40116
* Strong expertise in advanced welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, ARC, and gas welding, along with comprehensive fabrication skills
* Understanding of current fabrication industry trends, knowledge, and cultural practices
* Familiarity with the MEM Training Package and its application in vocational education
* Proficient in using digital tools to support training delivery
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and collaborate effectively with colleagues
