About the Role
We're seeking a confident, people-focused Café Manager with at least two years of management experience to lead our growing team. This is a 4–5 day per week role (35+ hours), suited to someone who loves hospitality, values great service and thrives in a hands‑on environment.
In this role, you will:
* Lead daily café operations and maintain a high standard of service
* Manage and support staff, including onboarding and training
* Oversee rostering, planning and service flow
* Maintain quality control across food, coffee and customer experience
* Work closely with owners to shape systems, culture and improvements
* Jump on the machine with confidence. Barista experience is essential
* Build lasting rapport with customers and represent the values of the café
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2 years café or hospitality management experience
* Strong barista skills and passion for quality coffee
* Ability to train and increase staff skillset behind both the coffee machine and front of house operations.
