Women's Emergency Care (WEC) at the Royal Women's Hospital provides care for women and newborns in a dynamic and specialized emergency department. With over 28,000 presentations annually, WEC manages a full spectrum of gynaecological, obstetric, early pregnancy, and neonatal presentations in a dedicated 24-hour emergency service.

About the Role
\
This position offers an exciting and unique training environment for emergency medicine trainees interested in developing advanced skills in women's health, neonatal resuscitation, management of obstetric emergencies and early pregnancy complications.
\
As part of the multidisciplinary team, registrars contribute to collaborative care alongside midwives, nurses, obstetricians and gynaecologists, neonatologist and allied health professionals.
\
Required Skills and Qualifications
\
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Currently enrolled in or eligible for the ACEM training program
* Completion of at least 2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred
