About The Team
Our Finance team acts as a vital partner across the business, providing commercial insights to drive success. We analyse performance and deliver actionable insights to shape strategic decisions.
About The Role
As a Business Analyst on the Supply Chain Projects team, you will support our Transformation agenda by enabling commercial decision making, driving continuous improvement across projects, and providing quality control of analyses. You will challenging assumptions, draw out implications, and provide additional insights.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing plans and forecasts for projects and international supply chain activities
- Completing month-end processes and financial reporting for large-scale projects
- Conducting detailed investigations of complex data to find actionable insights and support decision-making
- Assisting with financial modelling and analysis to shape short- and long-term business strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Delivering monthly reports with variance analysis and commentary
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and assisting with audit documentation
About You and Your Skills
To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter with a proactive approach and experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and project teams. - Experience in retail/FMCG sectors or from big 4/mid-tier firms
- CPA or CA qualified
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes for projects
- Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modelling, with strong PowerPoint skills for turning data into clear insights
- Familiar with systems like SAP or TM1
