Key Responsibilities:

* Assume day-to-day responsibility for the following channels, managing bidding, budgets, reporting, performance to OKRs and experimentation:

o Paid Search (e.g. Google & Microsoft Ads)
o Google campaign management (YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, UAC)
o Apple app store campaign management
o Web & App performance measurement and reporting

* Liaise with campaign leads to define and optimise the paid search, paid social, video strategy for both everyday banking and lending, balancing funnel mix (e.g. awareness, consideration, conversion), channel mix (e.g. Google Ads & Apple Store Ads) and medium mix (e.g. text, video, display) to deliver on our growth targets.

* Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis across all stages of the funnel to identify acquisition efficiency opportunities and collaborate with the broader growth team to implement solutions.

* Work with the Growth Director to plan, build and implement tools and reporting dashboards that allow us to measure the effectiveness of paid search and affiliate marketing activity against key metrics (e.g. CPA, CAC).

* Establish scalable operating processes that improve production and trafficking velocity.

* Work with the content manager to build website landing pages and App Store landing page experiences for both BAU and campaign initiatives.

* Stay on top of ad platform BETAs roadmaps and analyse industry trends to ensure your channels not only function as best-in-class but are also orientated towards the biggest opportunity.

* Manage performance marketing activities within agreed timeframes and to budget.

* Work with our legal and compliance team to ensure we meet our obligations as a bank.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
", "
", "
* Solid experience in driving business growth through performance campaigns and working to volume and efficiency targets.
", "
* Have at least 3 years 'on the tools' experience in-house or within an agency building paid search, app store optimization for challenger brands in a hyper competitive market (e.g. fintech, ecommerce, travel, marketplaces).
", "
* Have experience leveraging and optimising App measurement, paid search tools and analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, SA360, Appsflyer, Google Tag Manager etc.) to outperform the competition.
