The Role

* Onboarding and managing customers through onboarding and renewal processes
* Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics
* Identifying expansion opportunities and driving product adoption and usage
* Conducting regular business reviews with key stakeholders
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 5+ years of experience in Customer Success within the AgTech industry
