A national leader in POS marketing, packaging, warehousing, distribution and contract‐packing services is expanding its sales team and seeking an experienced New Business Sales Hunter. This role is ideal for someone confident in the FMCG space, understands promotional cycles, and can credibly engage procurement teams at major blue‐chip organisations.
About the Role
You'll drive new business within your state, selling integrated solutions across POS displays, promotional campaigns, packaging, warehousing and co‐packing. While the broader offering includes contract packaging, the company is heavily focused on Point‐of‐Sale marketing, so understanding FMCG promotional cycles and merchandising is critical.
What You'll Be Doing
* Prospecting, pitching and securing new business
* Engaging procurement, marketing and category teams within blue‐chip FMCG and retail
* Selling POS marketing, promotional programs, merchandising solutions, packaging and warehousing
* Understanding promotional timelines, campaign windows and execution requirements
* Collaborating with internal operations for smooth onboarding
* Managing your pipeline, forecasting and territory activity
What We're Looking For
* Proven new‐business hunter with strong B2B sales experience
* Experience with blue‐chip FMCG clients (e.g., Nestlé, Coca‐Cola, Mondelez, Mars, Unilever, Coles, Woolworths)
* Strong understanding of POS, merchandising and FMCG promotional cycles
* Ability to hold credible discussions with procurement teams
* Background in FMCG, packaging, logistics, merchandising or promotional marketing
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‐building capabilityValid driver's licence
* Motivated, curious and comfortable operating autonomously
