You'll lead Zephyr's social media presence across all major platforms while leading the research, implementation, and ongoing development of AI and workflow tools that improve how our team operates day-to-day.
You'll work closely with the Directors to identify inefficiencies, evaluate new technology, build practical solutions, and embed them into the business — from content automation through to broader administrative workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Social Media & Content
* Creating and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
* Developing and executing platform-specific strategies tailored to each audience and format
* Managing paid advertising campaigns across all platforms
* Designing graphics and short-form video content in line with Zephyr brand guidelines
* Managing the content calendar and ensuring consistent, high-quality output week to week
* Monitoring performance metrics and reporting on engagement, reach and lead generation
* Staying across trends, algorithm changes and emerging content formats
AI, Tool Implementation & Development
* Researching, evaluating, and recommending new AI and workflow tools suited to a busy real estate agency
* Leading the implementation of new tools — from scoping and setup through to team training and adoption
* Building and developing custom workflows, automations, and AI-assisted processes using platforms such as Zapier, Make, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar
* Creating and refining AI prompt libraries, templates, and tools that the team can use independently
* Identifying administrative bottlenecks and developing practical technology solutions to address them
* Maintaining, iterating, and improving tools already in use — treating them as live products, not set-and-forget installations
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience managing business social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
* Demonstrated ability to develop platform-specific strategies — not just post and hope
* Strong graphic design and short-form video skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
* Experience running and optimising paid social ad campaigns
* Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and workflow automation — you've built things, not just used them
* Proficiency with automation and integration platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar
* Comfort working with AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar) to build usable business tools, not just generate content
* A problem-solver mindset — you spot inefficiencies and build solutions without being asked
* Excellent written communication and a strong eye for brand consistency
* Ability to translate technical tools into simple, adoptable processes for a non-technical team
Requirements
* Located in Perth or the South West, willing to commute on occasion
* Own reliable vehicle and current WA driver's licence
