We are seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our commercial landscaping team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working outdoors and thrives in a team-focused environment.
The Opportunity:
GreenInc delivers high-quality commercial landscape construction and maintenance services, creating sustainable green spaces across a range of environments. Our services include landscape installation, irrigation, planting, paving, turfing, earthworks, retaining walls and more. This is a full-time position based at our Mount Barker site in Adelaide, SA and will see you working Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 3:30pm and Friday 7:00am to 1:30pm. The base salary ranges between $65,000 to $70,000 (plus 12% superannuation) dependent on relevant skills and qualifications.
Successful candidates will also be required to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (SA) as well as provide a valid Australian Driver Licence.
Key Responsibilities:
As Landscaper, you will a key role in delivering commercial landscape installations involving a variety of physical tasks and use of tools and equipment to meet customer and project requirements. It will also see you:
* Completing landscaping duties including installation of components of commercial landscape projects in line with customer contracts.
* Identifying plant specimens and assisting with the installation of commercial irrigation systems.
* Working efficiently and effectively to achieve project timelines and quality standards.
* Maintaining a safe, clean and hazard-free work site at all times.
* Ensuring all tools and equipment are used and maintained in accordance with standard operating processes.
* Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Minimising health and safety risks through correct use of resources and processes.
* Completing required reporting and administrative tasks.
* Temporarily supervising and supporting less experienced team members when required.
About you – the ideal candidate:
* Holds a Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or equivalent (or significant relevant industry experience) and construction White Card.
* Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, construction or a related field.
* Ability to work under limited supervision.
* Strong time management, communication and customer service skills.
* Focus on quality control and meeting contractual requirements.
* Competency using MS Office applications.
