Senior Property Manager - Stone Cairns Beaches
ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Stone Real Estate Cairns Beaches team in Smithfield, Cairns. You'll take on a well-maintained portfolio, supported by a qualified and friendly team that values quality service and work-life balance.
This is a fantastic prospect for a motivated individual who is confident in managing all aspects of residential property management with autonomy and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio
* Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
* Conduct routine inspections, manage maintenance and repairs
* Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
* Ensure compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and agency standards
SKILLS
* Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
* QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Strong working knowledge of QLD Residential Tenancies Act
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
