This is an exceptional opportunity for a Project Administrator to work for our collaborative and supportive client in the Eastern suburbs. Our client works in the residential insurance market delivering comprehensive service across all maintenance, property, and insurance requirements.
This is a Monday-Friday role in a fast-paced environment within a highly successful team that will challenge and excite you On a day-to-day basis this position will see you completing general administration, supporting an experienced team who will mentor and guide you.
**The role**:
- Processing data into construction/building software
- Creating quotes and invoices
- Assisting customers as required
- Creating work orders when required
- Updating job status reports
- Creating basic insurance claim advices
- Solid work ethic
- Background in construction administration preferable but not mandatory
- Strong computer skills and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in SAP or similar databases (preferable) but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a friendly team environment and provide support to team members if needed
