Key Responsibilities:
* Own Client Success: Deepen key relationships and grow a safe, productive, profitable traffic control portfolio.
* Build & Lead the Team: Recruit, coach, and set the standard for performance and culture.
* Run Best-in-Class Operations: Oversee day-to-day delivery, scheduling, bookings, and resource allocation; manage direct reports with clarity and accountability.
* Lift Safety & Quality: Conduct site audits, champion zero-harm practices, and embed quality in every shift.
* Design Smart Traffic Plans: Produce innovative, compliant traffic management schemes with immaculate detail.
* Assess & Mitigate Risk: Lead thorough risk assessments and close the loop on improvements.
* Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with road authorities, councils, police, and public transport partners.
* Hit Deadlines, Every Time: Maintain precision in documentation and execution under pressure.
