Job Title: Site Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of defined scopes of work on schedule, meeting all stakeholder expectations.
The role involves managing direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and facilitating handover processes between shifts.
* Managing direct labour and subcontractors
* Ensuring safety and quality compliance on site
* Managing access and logistics for successful project outcomes
* Technically mentoring engineers and other workforce members
* Incorporating rail safety requirements into all works
* Reviewing and coordinating temporary works associated with the delivery
* Facilitating handover processes between variable shifts
* Continuously challenging compliance among staff and subcontractors
To be successful in this key role, you must have:
* Trade qualifications or similar
* Minimum 5-10 years of previous construction experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated competency in track renewal and construction
* Skills in construction method development and subsequent programming
