A fantastic opportunity has opened for an Assistant Property Manager to join a growing, well-established real estate business based in Sorrento. This recruitment has been prompted by the recent purchase of an additional rent roll, adding to an already well-managed portfolio of 45 organically grown properties.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who is currently studying their Property Management registration and looking to step into an Assistant Property Manager position to gain hands-on experience.
We are also open to candidates from retail or customer service backgrounds who bring strong organisation, communication, and people skills.
The role operates within a "pod" structure, where the Assistant Property Manager works closely with a Property Manager, sharing responsibility for the portfolio of 145 properties and learning the full lifecycle of property management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio management
* Conducting routine inspections (approx. 11–12 per week)
* Tenant and landlord communication
* Coordinating maintenance and follow-ups
* Assisting with lease renewals and documentation
* Supporting general property management administration
* SomePCRs may be outsourced (excluding new in goings), while final inspections are conducted in-house.
Work Structure
* Combination of office-based responsibilities and field work
* Flexible start/finish times when conducting out-of-office duties

* Circa $60,000 + Super
