About the Role: We're looking for an AI automation wizard to be the strategic mastermind behind our AI infrastructure, driving operational excellence and creating new productivity opportunities with AI Agents. Your objective is to build agents that eliminate manual work, predict business needs and turn data patterns into automated solutions that run themselves.
What You'll Do
* Build and Lead Our AI Automation Division: Build our AI automation division from the ground up; architect and deploy agents for complex business processes; create automation systems that work and scale as we expand globally; engineer world-class AI-powered customer and operational experiences.
* Own Automation Strategy: Be the strategic lead for all AI automation initiatives across the company; focus on measurable efficiency gains and ROI; report on automation performance and turn insights into scalable solutions.
* Drive AI Product Integration: Develop AI product integration opportunities; work with product managers to understand how AI can build better customer experiences; lead the technical and strategic direction for all AI projects; guide solutions from concept to full autonomous operation; stay ahead of AI trends and platform developments; design and implement AI agents for customer service, lead generation, and operations; create seamless integrations between AI tools and existing business systems; ensure all automated processes maintain quality and deliver consistent results.
* Keep Pivotal Conversations at the Forefront of AI Automation: Manage complex automation projects from start to finish; ensure systems run smoothly and deliver measurable business outcomes; streamline processes so the team can focus on high-value strategic work.

* Platform Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of AI platforms, particularly OpenAI API, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and enterprise automation tools and other AI native platforms.
* Communication Pro: Outstanding ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and present solutions clearly.
* Strategic Vision: Ability to see the big picture of business automation while managing day-to-day technical execution and system performance.
* Automation Experience: Must have 2+ years building and deploying AI automation solutions at scale.
