We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Infrastructure & Cloud Manager to lead the performance, security and evolution of our infrastructure and cloud environments.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Information Technology, this senior leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring our platforms are secure, resilient, reliable and cost-effective. You will drive infrastructure modernisation and cloud transformation initiatives that support high-quality, person‐centred care across all FPAC services.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and enable FPAC's digital strategy while supporting essential clinical and operational services, strengthening cyber security and compliance, and building a high‐performing team.

As IT Infrastructure & Cloud Manager, you will lead both strategic direction and operational delivery across infrastructure, cloud and network services.
What You'll Be Doing
Leadership & Team Development
* Provide visible leadership, setting strategy, priorities and performance expectations
* Build and lead a high‐performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
* Drive infrastructure and cloud strategy, including modernisation and Azure-based transformation initiatives
* Ensure reliable, secure and resilient service delivery across all platforms
* Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents, providing calm and decisive leadership
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
* Partner with executives and senior leaders, translating technical risks into business impact
* Collaborate with Cyber Security, Clinical Systems, PMO and Service Delivery teams
* Build strong relationships across corporate and operational stakeholders
Governance, Risk & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with cyber security frameworks (e.g. ASD Essential Eight, ISO 27001) and privacy obligations
* Maintain visibility of risks, system health and improvement initiatives
* Strengthen governance frameworks, reporting and decision‐making processes
Vendor & Commercial Management
* Manage strategic vendor relationships and hold partners accountable to performance and value outcomes
* Oversee cost optimisation, licensing and service delivery across MSP and SaaS providers
About You
You are an experienced technology leader with a strong infrastructure and cloud background, capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels.
* Extensive IT experience, including strong track record leading teams
* Strong expertise across infrastructure, cloud (Azure), networking and cyber security
* Experience delivering cloud transformation and hybrid environments
* Confidence engaging with executive stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts
* Strong vendor and commercial management capability
* Relevant qualifications in IT or Computer Science, with ITIL, Agile or PRINCE2 credentials
* Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Zero Trust architectures
* Knowledge of Azure ExpressRoute / VWAN, automation and AI-enabled operations
* Experience in the aged care or healthcare sector
* Valid right to Work in Australia
* Current National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
