Jose Hospitality PTY Ltd is looking for a talented Kitchen/FOH team for their brand new, beautiful venue, Stamford Park Homestead, in Rowville.
The magnificent Stamford Park Homestead was built in 1882 by the entrepreneurial Row family as a Gentleman's Residence. The homestead and six acres of grounds have been sympathetically restored, allowing it to once again become the 'Jewel in Knox City'. The venue is renovated to include a function hall hosting 250 people, an existing à la carte restaurant for 200 people, and lawns for weddings and outdoor functions.
The operations extend from lunch and dinner to weekend brunch and high teas.

Venue Manager
Must have proven 3+ years of experience in a similar venue.
Function Sales & Events Coordinator
Must have a proven 3+ years background in event sales and event coordination in a similar venue.
FOH Staff: Baristas, Bar Tenders, Waitstaff, Runners (Full Time & Casuals)
* Enthusiasm and passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* Barista and bartending skills would be a plus.
* Previous à la carte restaurant/bar experience, including tray service and handling large volumes of tables.
* Experience with POS ordering systems and cash handling.
* A good understanding of wine, its service, and recommendations to guests.
* Current RSA certification.
* Willingness to undergo our specified training program.
* Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
