Position Overview


We are on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Be the friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling enquiries with professionalism and care.
* Answer, direct, and manage phone calls while taking clear and accurate messages.
* Process email and website orders promptly and accurately.
* Keep customers updated on product and order status, ensuring communication is always timely and clear.
* Resolve issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
* Support the team with administrative tasks and assist on projects as needed.
* Work collaboratively across departments to keep everything running seamlessly.


Qualifications

* Experience in administration or customer service (aerospace or defence industry experience is a bonus, not a must).
* Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* SAP Business One knowledge (desirable, but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Attention to detail and a knack for solving problems.
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
