About the Role
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey. You'll bring energy, empathy and a solutions-first attitude to every interaction – making travel smooth, stress-free, and a little bit special.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering premium, friendly customer service that goes above and beyond
- Seamlessly managing rental agreements from start to finish
- Answering enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Cleaning and preparing vehicles to the highest standards
- Supporting vehicle pick-up and delivery when needed
- Selling rental upgrades and add-ons to meet customer needs
- Keeping the branch clean, professional, and organised
- Pitching in across admin and operations to keep the wheels turning
What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll bring:
- Clear, confident communication and a strong customer focus
- A proactive, can-do approach – especially under pressure
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or sales (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
- A full, unrestricted driver's licence
- Solid computer skills
- Full Australian working rights
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster (weekends included)
