We are looking for an experienced and strategic AU Production Lead to take ownership of leading our Australian production operations.
About the role
As our AU Production Lead, you'll take end-to-end ownership of our Australian production operations, elevating the journey of our coffee from the moment green beans arrive at the roastery, through to fulfilment and delivery.
Based at our Melbourne production facility, you'll lead day-to-day roasting and fulfilment operations while also overseeing and aligning production across our other Australian roasteries. Your work ensures that every Supreme moment our customers experience is backed by world-class quality, reliability, and consistency - no matter where it's roasted.
You'll be both strategic and hands-on, guiding teams, optimising systems, and building a production operation that's scalable, resilient, and deeply people-centred.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading and managing daily roasting and fulfilment operations at the Melbourne roastery
* Providing operational oversight and alignment across multiple Australian roasteries
* Setting and maintaining production schedules to meet demand, quality, and delivery targets
* Supporting quality assurance processes, ensuring consistency across batches, sites, and teams
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives across efficiency, yield, waste reduction, and throughput
* Developing, coaching, and inspiring production leaders and frontline teams
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, WHS, and regulatory requirements across all sites
* Partnering with Supply Chain, Coffee, Finance, and Customer Support teams to align production with business needs
* Managing capacity planning, equipment performance, and maintenance strategies
* Leading incident response, root cause analysis, and preventative action planning
* Building strong relationships with external logistics, equipment, and green coffee partners
* Supporting new site launches, upgrades, or process standardisation initiatives
* Embedding a culture of safety, accountability, and pride
