Talent Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Talent Management Consultant. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic solutions to enhance recruitment marketing and talent acquisition processes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Management Strategy and Implementation: Develop tailored strategies to enhance recruitment marketing and talent acquisition processes, aligning with client objectives and industry best practices.
2. Project Management: Lead smaller projects, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members, while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, understanding their needs and translating these into technical requirements. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
4. System Monitoring and Performance Optimisation: Monitor Avature systems to ensure peak performance, implement performance tuning, and conduct regular system health checks.
5. Security Management: Implement and manage Avature security settings and user administration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
6. Backup and Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive data backup and recovery procedures, testing them regularly to ensure they meet the required service levels.
7. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Maintain up-to-date documentation of all Avature systems, processes, and configurations. Conduct effective knowledge transfer to end-users and other teams.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional experience can also be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a leadership role, with a strong background in CRM, marketing automation, and/or digital transformation.
* In-depth understanding of recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, and employer branding principles.
* Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
* Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation techniques is required.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to successfully complete specific goals and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

This position requires an individual with a level of expertise who can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering complex recruitment marketing and talent acquisition projects, leading teams, and providing high-level technical support.
