We're seeking reliable, safety-focused drivers based in Port Hedland and surrounding areas to join our growing team delivering essential transport services across the Pilbara.
This is not a FIFO position — only local candidates will be considered.
As a Passenger Transport Driver, you'll operate scheduled and ad hoc services including airport transfers, school runs, mine-site shuttles, and general charter services.
This role is ideal for candidates who are dependable, professional, and eager to grow their career in passenger transport.
Your Day Will Involve:
Driving passenger vehicles safely and professionally
Managing scheduled and on-demand routes
Performing vehicle checks and completing trip documentation
Delivering a high standard of customer serviceNavigating remote or low-supervision environments with confidence
Following fatigue management and company compliance policies
To Apply, You'll Need:
C-Class Licence (mandatory); LR, MR, or HR highly preferred
Limited positions are available for C-Class applicants.
Willingness to obtain an MR or HR licence is an advantage and may be supported during onboarding.
Ability to obtain and maintain a PTD Authorisation (Fitness to Drive Certificate + National Police Clearance)
Willingness to complete a Pre-employment Medical confirming fitness for work
Strong communication skills and strong safety awareness
Preferred (Nice to Have):
These can be obtained during onboarding if you do not currently have them.
First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009 – issued within 1 year)

Defensive Driving Training
