About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a high-performing reception and administration team in our busy youth mental health service. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, oversee reception as the first point of contact for young people and families, and provide essential support to staff and clinicians.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in administration
* Experience in a health services environment
* Extensive knowledge of administration and reception processes, including accounts management, property management, asset management, ICT skills, vehicle fleet management, and telecommunications options
* Knowledge of Medicare billing processes is desirable
* Ability to liaise with a range of health professionals, staff, young people, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds
* Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, their families, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations
