Drive Innovative, Integrated Paediatric Care in Metro South
Temporary part-time opportunity (up to 12 months) based at Logan Hospital, Meadowbrook, leading integrated Paediatric Services across Metro South through strategic allied health leadership, innovation and collaboration.
About This Role
As The Paediatric Integrated Care Coordinator (Allied Health), you will provide strategic leadership and interprofessional coordination across Logan and Beaudesert Health Service (LBHS) Paediatric Services by:
* Leading integrated, high-functioning paediatric services across inpatient and ambulatory settings
* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient flow, discharge planning and service transitions
* Monitoring and reporting on service performance, KPIs, activity data and NDIS processes
* Providing expert clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance for complex and emergent paediatric cases
* Driving service improvement initiatives, innovative models of care and workforce planning
* Partnering with senior medical, nursing, allied health and executive leaders to support system-wide service delivery
About You
You are a senior Allied Health professional with strong paediatric experience and system-level insight, with:
* Advanced clinical expertise in paediatric service delivery across inpatient and ambulatory care
* Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary and interprofessional healthcare environments
* High-level communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience analysing service data, KPIs and activity trends to inform service improvement
* Proven capability in change management, service redesign and innovative models of care
* Eligibility for professional registration (or membership) in a recognised Allied Health discipline

Logan Hospital: Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland\'s leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we\'ll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
