We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a showroom assistant. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing store operations, and driving business growth.
* Opening and closing the store and balancing transactions
* Actively seeking new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded
* Engaging incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from us.
* Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more...
* Assisting with administration and stock replenishment duties for the store
* Processing orders and hire contracts
* Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Customer-centric mindset

* Second-to-none administration skills
* SAP experience (preferable)
* Self-motivated, creative thinker, able to problem solve and seek out new opportunities
