Tasks & Responsibilities
The role's primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Sales activities, including lead generation, prospect discovery, outbound sales calls, email campaigns, demos, and closing deals.
* Account management activities, including client onboarding, contract renewals and churn prevention.
* Strategic tasks and activities to support the Senior Account Manager in Australia.
* Represent Zapid at in-person events to grow visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B SaaS company (required)
* Experience in the recruitment/hospitality industry is a plus
* Advanced or Native English
* Hungry, competitive, and motivated - you thrive on chasing and closing new opportunities.
* Resilient, adaptable, and resourceful - you're excited by the challenges of an early-stage company.
* Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to simplify complex ideas.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
* Tech-savvy, with experience using HubSpot and sales engagement tools.
