About the Northern Cancer Service The Tasmanian Health Service is seeking a Clinical and Laboratory Haematologist to join the Northern Cancer Service, an integrated cancer service delivering Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Haematology care across three sites in Northern Tasmania. The primary base for this role is the W.P. Holman Clinic in Launceston, providing both inpatient and outpatient haematology services.
