About the Role
* You will need to deliver on sales targets and activity for the team
* You will use your advanced in field coaching skills to bring this team to life and watch them perform
* You will develop collaborative and inspired relationships with internal stakeholders and your peers
* You will demonstrate leadership that drives a high-performance culture
* You will work closely with the other three district sales managers, supporting and collaborating with them
Who You Are
* You are a demonstrated sales leader from within the pharmaceutical industry
* Your results talk to your success, you have coached endless representatives to success
* You can talk easily about your sales results and what you have achieved as a sales leader
* You know how to drive high performance and to maximise in field coaching; this is where you excel
* You are tertiary qualified, with excellent communication skills and an affinity for collaboration
* You take feedback as a learning tool
* You have successfully led the collaboration between specialist and primary care representatives
* You are technologically savvy and are highly organised, you have sound time management skills
* You must have experience from the prescription pharmaceutical industry; this is essential
