About the Role
This is an opportunity to excel in a customer-facing administration role where you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will provide administrative support to our team and contribute to the smooth operation of the business.
As the key contact, you will respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, greet and assist walk-in visitors, and conduct regular administrative tasks. You will also prepare correspondence and coordinate reports for management.
You will maintain the Site Pass System by monitoring visitor and supplier access, complete financial and general administration duties, and assist with accounts payable and receivable functions. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of various reports for management and perform onsite Health and Safety Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly answer incoming calls

Requirements:
* Retail industry experience in automotive or related field
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Team-oriented approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
* Good standard of data entry skills and attention to detail
* Professional presentation skills
