The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a Lead Veterinarian to guide our team and clinic through its next phase of growth and excellence. This isn't just another vet role — it's your chance to truly make it your own. You'll champion best-practice clinical standards, nurture team development, and help shape a workplace culture built on collaboration, care, and continuous improvement. Working alongside our new Practice Manager, you'll form a dynamic leadership duo ready to elevate the clinic to current heights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognised in Australia.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and/or experience in managing teams
- Strong surgical and medical skills will be highly regarded
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and build strong rapport with clients
- Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for veterinary care
