Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prioritise and promptly fulfil guest requests, including delivering amenities, beds, cots, blankets, and pillows, and collecting items from guest rooms as needed
2. Collaborate with all members of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
3. Gather used linens from guest rooms and transport to the designated appropriate area
4. Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public area spaces are requested
5. Handle chemicals and cleaning materials with safety, respect guest privacy and security, and promptly report maintenance issues
6. Provide a welcoming service to all guests, assisting with questions, concerns, and offering precise details about our properties amenities and features
Requirements:
* Warm and welcoming communication style where guests and team members alike feel right at home around you
* Eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time well and taking pride in your tasks
* Enjoy a physical role, navigating the property may involve using internal and external staircases, open pathways and pushing heavy trollies and equipment
* Embrace collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds
* Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays as required
