**THE ROLE...**

The Head of Wellness is directly responsible for the overall quality of Wellness classes, day-to-day management of our Wellness Studio operations and Client Service. The role is specifically required to drive 5-star customer & staff experience through recruiting, training and assessing the instructors. Communicating with and supporting; Sales, Admin, Service, Personal Training and Group Fitness Experts, Leadership Teams and Group Development.

**Experience;**

5 years experience in the Fitness Industry

Proven ability in providing an exceptional customer experience

Strong management and understanding of booking systems

Experience in mentoring and developing team members

Proficient in achieving productivity, performance targets, budgeting

Relevant qualifications and experience in boutique club management are highly regarded
