The Opportunity
In this role, you will take real ownership of projects from early stages through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will contribute across all project stages while ensuring design integrity, technical coordination, and deadlines are met, with clear pathways for professional growth within the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of commercial and retail projects from DA to handover
* Manage documentation and coordination across all project stages
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
* Run meetings and project discussions confidently when required
* Work collaboratively with project teams to maintain design quality and project timelines
About You
* Registered Architect with experience delivering projects in Australia from DA to completion
* Demonstrated experience on commercial and retail projects
* Proficient in Revit with strong documentation and coordination skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to run meetings with clients and consultants
* Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to learn, contribute, and progress your career within a design-led environment
