Marketing Coordinator Role

* Collaborate with the State Marketing Manager to create local marketing plans and execute them across various channels
* Manage budgets and analyze sales data to inform marketing decisions
* Coordinate regional meetings and support restaurants with local store marketing activities
* Develop media plans and sponsorship activations to engage with customers and build brand awareness
* Ensure merchandising aligns with McDonald's standards and campaign objectives
About You
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Have 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing coordinator role
* Possess strong skills in budget management, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement
* Be a proactive, analytical, and creative thinker with excellent communication skills
* Have experience working in QSR, FMCG, or agency environments
