About the Role
We are seeking a hands‐on Digital Production Designer to elevate our digital presence and deliver high quality creative at speed. Reporting to our Head of Creative and Content, this role is execution first and will suit someone who loves making, refining and shipping work consistently. The split is roughly 60% design execution, 20% art direction & brand quality control, 10% project management and 10% stakeholder management. You will produce and optimise creative across paid media, website and landing pages, lifecycle eDMs and social, working in short cycles with frequent feedback and performance learnings. You will partner closely with Marketing and Product to translate briefs into premium, on‐brand assets that build trust with modern families and support Spacetalk's global growth.
Key Accountabilities
* Produce high volume, high quality creative for paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), lifecycle eDMs, website and social, iterating weekly based on performance insights and clear briefs.
* Own website creative production and optimisation assets such as landing pages, banners, promotional modules and conversion touchpoints, partnering closely with Marketing and Product to ensure fast turnaround and strong brand consistency.
* Build and maintain a scalable asset engine including templates, component libraries, asset libraries, file naming conventions, version control and clean handover packs that improve speed and reduce rework.
* Maintain and evolve Spacetalk's visual identity across all digital touchpoints by applying consistent art direction and up to date guidelines across campaign and always‐on creative.
* Deliver premium, error‐free outputs by following platform specifications, checking links and copy placement, and supporting internal approval processes where required.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with Marketing, Digital, Product, Social and Customer Support to manage priorities, clarify briefs, refine workflows and consistently hit deadlines in a high‐velocity environment.

About You – You are a creative, detail‐oriented designer with 3–5 years of experience in digital content creation, passionate about crafting premium visuals that simplify complex information and drive business outcomes. You thrive in agile, startup‐style environments, with a keen eye for brand consistency and user needs. Agency or eCommerce/tech services background is a plus, and you're excited to contribute to a purpose‐driven brand that positively impacts families globally.

* Strong expertise in digital content design principles, UX/UI methodologies, and content hierarchies; proven ability to create high‐quality assets for websites, social media, and campaigns.
* Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and templating.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
* Experience in agile, multidisciplinary teams with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
* Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user‐friendly designs with a focus on accessibility, premium quality, and commercial intuition.
* High attention to detail, ensuring error‐free deliverables and logical customer journeys.
Desirable
* Experience in tech services, eCommerce, or family/consumer‐facing brands.
* Skills in POS and packaging design, motion graphics, and video editing.
* Familiarity with performance analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) for insight‐driven optimisations.
* Background in creating design systems or guidelines for scaling brands.
