Senior Associate Lawyer – Insurance Litigation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Insurance Litigation Lawyer to join a highly regarded national team specialising in personal injury and common law litigation.
This role sits within a leading insurance practice acting for major insurers, corporates and government bodies across complex liability and personal injury claims.
The firm is recognised as a market leader in insurance law across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, advising domestic and international insurers on high-value and technically complex disputes.
The Opportunity
Working closely with experienced partners and a collaborative national team, you will gain exposure to a broad range of insurance litigation matters including:
* Personal injury and common law claims
* Public liability and product liability matters
* Complex liability disputes
* Coverage advice and litigation strategy
* Claims involving major insurers and corporate defendants
You will play a key role in managing files, advising clients and contributing to strategic litigation outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
* 3–10+ years PAE in insurance litigation, personal injury, or common law claims
* Experience acting for insurers or defendant clients (preferred but not essential)
* Strong litigation and court experience
* Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
* The ability to manage matters and build strong client relationships
