About the role
We’re now looking for a Pathways Administrator to join our Participation, Pathways & High Performance team and help support the delivery of development programs, camps and representative pathways across the state.

The Pathways Administrator provides high-quality administrative and coordination support across VQ’s participation, pathways and high-performance programs.
You’ll play a key role in making sure programs and camps are well organised, clearly communicated and supported by strong systems and processes. You’ll work closely with the Participation, Pathways & High Performance Manager and relevant Leads, and be a key point of contact for athletes, parents, coaches and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role with a strong mix of administration, coordination, communication and program support.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing end-to-end administrative support across pathways and high-performance programs
* Coordinating logistics, communications and documentation for development camps and representative initiatives
* Supporting registrations, attendance tracking, forms and program reporting
* Maintaining accurate records, databases and program documentation
* Acting as a key contact point for parents, athletes and coaches
* Responding to enquiries and escalating issues where required
* Supporting invoicing, payments and financial administration linked to programs
* Assisting with surveys, reporting and data collection
* Working collaboratively across teams and supporting colleagues during peak periods

* Has an interest in sport, community or development programs
Experience in administration, customer service, membership support or sport programs will be highly regarded.
