The Role:
We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering high-end, architecturally designed residential projects. You'll be managing luxury new builds in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, overseeing them from pre-construction through to handover.
You'll be joining a respected custom home builder known for exceptional craftsmanship, refined detail, and a reputation for delivering timeless, tailored residences .
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the luxury residential space
* Proven ability to deliver custom homes in the $3M-$10M+ range
* Strong understanding of construction programming, budgeting, and client communication
* Excellent leadership skills with a genuine team-first attitude
* Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship only - this client is not an approved sponsor)
