Automotive Sales experience essential - While Sales Management experience is advantageous, it is not essential, making it an opportunity for experienced automotive Sales individuals / Assistant Managers looking to take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will play a vital role in leading the Retail Sales Team. Providing exceptional customer experiences, advice and direct support to the Sales Team during the Customer purchase journey and process.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Direct, monitor and control the activities of the Retail Sales Department.
Provide a fun, pleasant, inclusive and secure workplace for all Team members & Customers.
Establish & maintain best practices to train, develop and motivate Sales Department Team members.
Ensure all Team members fully understand and follow Dealership policies and procedures.
Be directly responsible for the achievement of the Retail Sales Team's volume and profit objectives.
Displaying strong leadership qualities including excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
