* Base Salary Range: $67,589 - $72,033 p.a

About the Role:

The Recruitment Officer is accountable to the Director People & Culture and plays an integral role in supporting the delivery of effective and efficient Human Resources (HR) services across the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network (FUNLHN). Working under the direction of the Senior HR Consultant, this position provides timely and high-quality HR advice, consultancy, and administrative support to managers and employees across multiple sites. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and selection processes, assisting with classification management, and supporting HR governance and compliance activities.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with HR Consultants to provide advice on complex people-related matters, assist with project work within established frameworks, and maintain streamlined work practices that ensure consistent and reliable HR service delivery. You will also play a key role in workforce planning, onboarding, and employee relations, contributing to the creation of a positive workplace culture and supporting professional growth across the organisation.

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for building strong relationships with managers, staff, and external stakeholders, promoting HR best practice and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. About You:

* Experience in recruitment and selection administrative processes.
* Experience in the use of the Complete Human Resources Information System (CHRIS) and Page Up/eRecruit platform.
* Experience in the use of computers and demonstrated proficiency in using a variety of software programs, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Experience in providing an advisory and/or operational services on HR management matters in a diverse environment, including researching and analysing information and preparing reports.
