About the Role:
As a Laser and Dermal Therapist at our esteemed clinic, you will be at the forefront of aesthetic innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional skin treatments using the latest laser technologies and dermal therapies. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, develop customized treatment plans, and achieve outstanding results that enhance their confidence and well-being.
To be considered, it is paramount that you align with our strong passion to provide the best possible experience to ALL our clients. You must also meet the following requirements:
· Hold a Diploma / Cert 4 in Beauty Therapy (with Laser License preferred)
· Experience in beauty, dermal and laser therapy highly regarded
· In-depth skin anatomy and skin analysis knowledge
· Brilliant at building relationships through excellent communication, interpersonal & customer service skills
· Dedicated team player who can collaborate and work efficiently with fellow practitioners to ensure the best possible outcome for clients
· Contribute to ongoing marketing and growth of the business
· Highly committed to ongoing professional development
· Immaculately groomed
· Professional work ethic
· Flexible and able to work Saturdays
