OLLO is a fast-growing hospitality marketing firm, and we're looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our in-house creative team.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes video content, loves experimenting with AI tools, and is excited by where creative is heading next.
This is an in-office role based in Collingwood, no remote applicants at this stage.
What You'll Be Doing
* Creating high-performing video ads for Meta (Reels, Stories, short-form content)
* Designing graphics, artwork, and digital assets for campaigns
* Working closely with our creative team, account managers, and media buyers to produce content that converts
* Using AI tools to speed up and level up creative output (Highfield, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe AI tools, ChatGPT, etc.)
* Testing new creative formats, trends, hooks, and editing styles
* Helping us evolve our creative systems and stay ahead of the industry
Who We're Looking For
* Has strong video editing skills and is equally confident creating graphics, artwork, and digital assets.
* Has an eye for performance-based creative (what works, what stops the scroll)
* Is curious, proactive, and loves experimenting
* Is excited by AI and actively learning new tools and workflows
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment
* Is not afraid to test, fail, iterate, and improve quickly
Skills / Tools (Ideal)
* AI tools such as Highfield, Runway, Midjourney, etc.
