Key Account Manager - Strategic Accounts (Commercial Furniture)

As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on developing strategic accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while driving long-term revenue growth through deeper collaboration.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key business accounts, driving retention and expansion
- Partner with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and business acumen in pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities for strategic sales
- Collaborate with internal and offshore teams to deliver seamless service, accurate quotes, invoices, and account support
- Proactively gather client feedback, resolve issues, and enhance the customer experience
- Leverage sales data and account insights to uncover new business opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in Key Account Management or B2B client relationship roles
- Experience in the Commercial Furniture industry highly regarded
- Excellent ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a client-first approach
- Confidence in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting on client metrics
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
