Treasury Senior Analyst Job Summary

This role involves providing analytical support for the management of core debt facilities, financial and treasury operational risks. You will join a team that drives treasury financial and non-financial risk management activities, compliance obligations relating to the Group's Treasury activities, and treasury management system capabilities.
">
* Maintain and develop treasury tools pertaining to financial risk management in funding and liquidity risk, market risk, credit risk and operational risk management
* Assist in the development of Treasury governance documents and drive risk reporting and process improvements to assist with simplification and day to day operational efficiencies
* Navigate Treasury Management System for production of reports, transaction approvals and risk analysis as required
* Ensure Group Treasury models and systems are updated in accordance with Policy and procedures and advise other business areas on treasury risk management matters to ensure treasury risks are within risk appetite
* Contribute to the preparation, review, and production of covenant ratio certificates and the Production of regular treasury and risk reporting
* Assist with the interpretation of funding documentation and be a point of contact to lenders and other stakeholders
* Maintain adequate controls for monitoring and reporting Treasury compliance obligations and ensure accurate, reliable, and timely reporting of Treasury risk metrics
* Assist with the completion of half year / full year results and other periodic reporting requirements along with supporting the semi-annual Group asset valuation exercise

Day-to-day, you will:
">

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
">
* Several years experience in Financial and Non-Financial Risk consulting, gained in a consulting and/or inhouse corporate environment
* Any experience in Treasury is preferred, along with awareness of treasury compliance obligations and their implications.
* Knowledge of financial instruments for risk management is critical along with structured problem solving skills
* Appropriate tertiary education in finance, actuarial studies, economics with strong mathematical and analytical skills
* Strong presentation skills to communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way.
* Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
* Experience with FIS Quantum, Bloomberg, Workday, Protecht, Power BI and Tableau for analysis and reporting purposes will be highly regarded
