Well-regarded in the industry and known for their fully inegrated building experience and client centric approach, they are looking to add a motivated CA to support their growing pipeline. The Role Prepare and issue Scopes of Work, tender packages and subcontractor agreements Carry out take-offs and prepare detailed estimates Support cost reporting and financial control across all residential projects Manage administration of contract variations and progress claims You'll need 3 years' experience io a similar CA role with a luxury/custom home builder Strong estimating skillset and experience with estimating systems (preferably BuildXact) High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities Ability to work both autonomously and as a valued member of a small team What's on offer Competitive salary package, negotiable for the right candidate Opportunity to work in a supportive enviornment with a steadily growing builder with strong pipeine of work Long term career progression In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
