**About the Role**
This is a customer first and people focused role with operational accountability. As Store Leader at our Doncaster business you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Optometrist/s, Optical Dispensers and Retail Assistants. A key part of the role will be coaching and developing the team to ensure our customers receive a best class service whilst focusing on exceeding store profit and targets.
This position will be offered as full-time permanent role and the established team are ready for an optically experienced leader to join them.

**Your experience**:
- Strong understanding of the day to day operations of a retail store
- Proven track record in leading and coaching a team to achieve KPI's
- Capability to balance performance whilst supporting and developing our people
- Pride in product and store - maintaining the highest standards promoting our professional image (including reporting and administration)
- Exposure to Optimate (advantageous)
