Securecorp is currently seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team at our Bankstown site in two key roles:
* Position 1 - Security Officer (Relief / Casual)
* Position 2 - Part-Time Concierge
Both roles are focused on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining site safety, and representing Securecorp as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Security Officer
* Conduct patrols, monitoring, and access control
* Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
* Maintain site safety and report hazards or risks
* Complete accurate incident and shift reports
* Deliver professional customer service at all times
Concierge (Part-Time)
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and tenants
* Provide high-level customer service and front‐of‐house support
* Manage access, sign‐ins, and general site enquiries
* Support site operations with professionalism and attention to detail
* Assist in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment
Skills & Experience
* Current NSW Security Licence (Security Officer role)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Reliability and flexibility to work across rostered shifts
(Concierge experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is highly regarded)
